Pets' Health Service is an early trial of a way to connect pet owners with vets, starting with a guided conversation that prepares each pet's case. It is built with feedback from practising vets and is being tested by an invited group.
Access is by invitation while we learn what works.
From a concerned owner to a caring vet
Describe what's wrong
Members register their pets and start a case by describing the worry in their own words, in a chat with a guided assistant.
Prepare the case
The assistant gathers the symptoms, writes a short summary and notes what the owner has already tried. It doesn't diagnose.
Hand over to a vet
The owner refers the case to a vet, who can review it, offer an appointment and interact with the owner.

The aim is a service funded by donations and sponsorship, so that cost is less of a barrier to treatment. That isn't in place yet: during the trial, donations are pledges only and no payments are taken.
